Event Details

The Seattle Drupal User Group is pleased to announce that the 2011 Seattle Drupal Clinic will be on Saturday, Sept 24, 2011, at Tableau Software (Fremont).

This all-day workshop is a hands-on introduction to building a web site using the free, open-source content management system Drupal. It is meant for people who are very new to Drupal. We will cover questions like "What can Drupal do?", "Why choose Drupal?", and general concepts of on-line content management with a database behind your web site. Then we'll work through setting up an actual Drupal site that you'll be able to "take home" and experiment with after the clinic. The cost is $20 (plus ticketing fees), and includes lunch.

 

NOTE: You will need to bring your own laptop for this event. You may also wish to bring a power strip or extension cord. Please see the page below for instructions regarding things you need to do before the clinic:

Sign in: 9:30am to 10am (early arrivers can get help with setting up WebEnabled accounts)
